I understand that my child as a participant in any event hosted by AIM Sports Academy will be responsible for his/her conduct, proper use of the equipment and facilities. I agree that the sponsors of this event, staff members or facility holder will not be held responsible legally or financially liable for any loss of personal properly, bodily injuries, or the result thereof incurred and suffered by the applicant and members of their family.

Photograph and Video Release

I hereby grant permission to Athletes in Mission to photograph or video record my child as they participate in any Athletes in Mission event. I also hereby grant permission to Athletes in Mission to use those images in promotion of future Athletes in Mission events. By signing this release I understand this signifies that photographic or video recordings of my child may be electronically displayed via the internet or in a public setting.

Our Mission

Athletes in Mission (AIM) Sports Academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment and development of young athletes in a positive, Christ-centered environment that focuses on the entire athlete. AIM Sports Academy focuses on teaching the fundamentals of sports, developing a positive attitude in every athlete, teaching the value of hard work and dedication in every athlete, leadership and character development, and helping develop a strong sense of self-worth in every athlete.

Nate Ayers is the founder and director of AIM. He has been a teacher and coach in the central valley of California for the past 24 years. Nate is a graduate of Fresno Pacific University and has a Masters Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University, Irvine. Nate is currently teaching and coaching at Lincoln Middle School in Selma, CA. Nate has also been involved in Multiply (MB Mission) Action Basketball, where they send short-term mission basketball teams to Thailand to share God's love with the Thai people.
